  • Yes, UITS service desk is the first line of support for D2L. If you have any instructional design or pedagogical questions, please reach out to your college designated instruction designers.
  • If it is an emergency or needs to be addressed right away, contact service via email or by phone at 470-578-6999. If it is not an emergency, email your college-designated instructional designer.
  • Absolutely! Our college-designated instructional designers support ALL faculty members in their college.
  • Double-check that you have checked the “Automatic export to gradebook” box in the Quiz Properties. If you need assistance with this, let us know.
  • D2L and Outlook are two separate email systems. You can only email people in D2L through the D2L email tool. You might consider stating your email policy in your syllabus.
